The personal blog is about my everyday life. What exhibitions I've gone to, travel around the UAE, and all the things that happen occasionally to make my life interesting. I don't include my vacations here, mainly because I want each vacation to be completely dedicated to a particular point in my life. I also don't include personal information about dating or everyday life for obvious reason that it's really none of anyone else's business. There might be some boring things in there as well. |

An important aspect to my life is my quest to experience other cultures. It's something that I was determined to do since I can't remember how long ago. Maybe it started with my Mother taking my Brother and me to Mexico for months at a time, but more likely than not, my desire to experience other cultures started when I actually understood ignorance and how prevalent it was around me. People hating others because of skin color, or where they lived. So once I got the chance to see the world for myself I've taken it. These blogs are about my life in other countries. Summer 2010 Another big trip! Although nothing can match my first summer trip to China and Russia, this one is pretty good. Starting in Helsinki and backpacking my way to London, and then back to The States for a week before I head back home to Dubai.

Spring Break 2010 This spring break I’ll be heading to Athens Greece for four days to see some of the sights that I feel that I must see. I’ve been told by many people that I’ll be disappointed, that Athens is basically just a big, dirty city. Oh well, it’s a “must see” city for me, and I’m leaving on the 10th of March to see it.

Winter 2009 (Sri Lanka) The plan is to go on a volunteer mission to the hill country of Sri Lanka. It should be interesting if everything falls into place and I actually get there. |

Summer 2009 (Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe)Another big summer trip. Starting in two nights in Kenya, three weeks in Cameroon, and one month to explore Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, and visit Romania, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. The trip starts June 25th and ends August 24.

Winter 2008-09 (Southeast Asia)I spent Christmas and New Years in Southeast Asia. These are my entries from Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.

Summer 2008 (China, Europe, US)This was a huge trip, and it was the first "real" trip that I've ever taken. I started in Beijing, and traveled through Mongolia, Russia, East and West Europe, and the US, before finishing up at home in Dubai.
